  • What do we cover during consultation ?
    The free consultation is for me to assist you in getting an understanding of what you are looking for on your shoot day. Well, go over your plans and ideas, so i can get a feel and adequately prepare for your shoot so that everything goes smoothly for your big day.
  • How may photos will I receive?
    I deliver approximately a minimum of 50 images for a regular studio session and around 100+ for an engagement session; for a wedding, it depends on the hour of the wedding, 400+. While I often shoot more photos than this, my goal is to give you as many beautiful options for your special day. Therefore, it would be best if you were not overwhelmed with multiple images of the same shot, but collectively, our goal is to choose the best photo.
  • When will my photos be available?
    I want to make sure all of you photos will look great. Depending on shoot for a regular studio shoot completion takes around 4- 14 days. For wedding average 8-12 weeks. We also have a expedite service option for only $45 if you need images to be delivered to you sooner , delivery to you guaranteed 2-3 days. For the waiting period you will have access to a private gallery for you to view and select which images you wish to receive for edit. You can share access to your gallery to all your friends and family.
  • Do you offer photo prints or album?
    Your beautiful gallery is connected with a photo printing service. As a result, you can print your custom professional photo, which offers quality printing and a variety of photo print sizes, canvas, frame prints, albums, and much more.
  • For cancellation are deposit refundable?
    A full deposit is required for bookings, deposits are non-refundable. The Studio is reserved and paid for the photoshoot. In case of a cancellation, it has to be at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel and reschedule, the customer will have to pay the studio fee to rebook. However, we will provide you with a credit that can be used towards your next reservation.
  • How do I receive my Unedited / Edited images ?
    A link with your private gallery of unedited image will be sent to your email or text . Your edited images will be uploaded in a new gallery titled ‘Edited Images’.
  • Do we offer makeup service?
    We have great MUA’s we can recommend.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
